Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using Boyoyon Sim. (the “App”).
Users (the “Users”) shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.

1. Scope
   These Terms apply to all relationships between us and Users regarding the provision and use of the App.

2. Conditions of use
   - The App is provided on an “as is” basis. Users shall use the App at their own risk and expense.
   - The App is free to use, but paid features may be added in the future.

3. Environment / network
   Using the App requires a compatible device/OS and network connectivity. Network charges are the User’s responsibility.

4. Prohibited actions
   Users must not:
   - Violate laws or public order and morals
   - Misuse, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise improperly analyze the App
   - Interfere with the operation of the App or impose excessive load
   - Infringe the rights of us or third parties (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.)
   - Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

5. Advertising
   The App may display advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). Ad content and frequency are outside our control, and we do not guarantee ad content.

6. Intellectual property
   All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate right holders. Users may not reproduce or use the App beyond the scope of private use without permission.

7. Disclaimer
   We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of the App.
   We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
   We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed in the App, nor for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising from advertisements, nor for the content or safety of linked external sites/services.

8. Changes / suspension
   We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting damages, except where required by law.

9. Changes to the Terms
   We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when we notify Users in a reasonable manner.

10. Governing law / jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
